The Color Run Presented by CIMB Bank is now sold out!

Welcome to The Color Run Presented by CIMB Bank!

The Color Run™ 5k is coming to Sentosa! The only question is “Are you ready for the craziest, colorful, 5k of your life?” You bet you are. Race it solo or with your Color friends. Check out the race details below & we’ll see you all squeaky clean at the start line.

What time does The Color Run™ start and finish?

The first wave for The Color Run Presented by CIMB Bank will be setting off from our event village at 4PM sharp. We will be opening the event village from 12 noon onward so please come on down early to join in the pre-race excitement!

The run itself should take approximately 1 hour to complete depending on whether you walk/run/dance the route. Runners will finish the route back in the event village where there will be all kinds of activities to enjoy.

Where is the event village (start and finish) located?

The event village, which is the start and finish location for the race is located at Beach Station Open Air Car Park on Sentosa Island.  This is near Songs of the Sea and is along Beach View Road. There will be volunteers at Beach Station on Sentosa to help direct runners to the event village.

What happens when I finish the run?

Once you finish the run you will be able to participate in the famous Color Throwing Festival! this will be located near the stage in the event village area. There will also be food and beverage outlets in the event village for those runners who built up an appetite after their 5km.

The event village will open at 12 noon and will close at 10pm.

What happens if it rains?

We will do everything in our power to hold the event as it is scheduled although runner safety is our highest priority for this event. Whilst  the presence of lightning in the area may cause us to modify or postpone the event, rain will make the run all the more enjoyable as the color sticks to you better! If lightning is in the area, runners will hear the siren and be directed to safe shelters both throughout the course and near the event village in the Beach Station Car Park. In this situation there will be a maximum 40 minute delay for runners. In the event that it would be unsafe to carry on after 40 minutes we will postpone the event. Safety of the participants is our ultimate priorities.

How does it work?

Less about your 10-minute-mile and more about having the time of your life, The Color Run is a five-kilometer, un-timed race in which thousands of participants, or “Color Runners”, are doused from head to toe in different colors at each kilometer. With only two rules, the idea is easy to follow:

  1. Wear white at the starting line
  2. Finish plastered in color!

The fun continues after Color Runners complete the race with an unforgettable Finish Festival. This larger than life party is equipped with music, dancing and massive color throws, which create millions of vivid color combinations. Trust us, this is the best post-5k party on the planet!
